DGVCL post of Vidyut Sahayak (Jr. Engineer - Electrical) 2015-Written Exam Hall ticket

 Instruction regarding written test for the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer-Electrical) on dated 27.12.2015  In reference to our Advertisement dated: 04.09.2015, candidates who have
successfully applied online for the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Jr. Engineer Electrical) and full fill the criteria mentioned in the Advertisement and found eligible, their Written Examination will be held on dated 27th December, 2015 at 10.30 A.M. at Surat. They have to follow the below mentioned instruction. 

(1) The information about call letter was already sent through SMS to eligible candidate on the mobile number given by them in application. 

(2) To download the call letter, visit our Website www.dgvcl.com what is new ? in advertisement and follow the instruction given in it.   

(3) Entry to the examination hall will not be allowed without call Letter. You  shall carry two copies of Call Letter with your signature as well as valid I.D. proof issued by any Government department with you.  

(4) Candidate should report at Examination Centre at 10.00 A.M. without fail.     

(5) Candidates are requested to attend the written test only on fulfilment of all the conditions / criteria narrated in the advertisement. Even if it is found subsequently that candidate is not meeting the requisite criteria as per advertisement issued, his/her consideration in merit
list/selection/appointment shall be cancelled.

(6) Electronic Device / Mobile Calculation / Cell Phone / Pager / Log / Tablets/ Trigonometric and Slide rule are prohibited to carry inside the Exam Centre, only calculator is allowed.

(7) Appearing in the above written test shall not confer upon you any right for the final selection or appointment.

(8)  The OMR Answer Sheet will be evaluated computerized, discrepancy if any compared with manual assessment will not be considered. The computerized evaluation will only be  considered. 

(9) While issuing the appointment order State Government domicile policy will be observed meticulously.
