Since the IAS exams are held in phases and you proceed to the next phase only after clearing the first or the previous exam, there are 3 results that come out before you are chosen. The first results declared by UPSC are of the prelims after which you qualify to write the mains eaxam. Then come the results for your mains written paper after which you appear for an interview, and only then you get the final results that are a combination of the written as well as the interview test.

The written result of the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2015 held in November/December 2015 has been announced. The UPSC has displayed the Roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified for Personality Test to be held from January 18, 2015.
