210 leaked support data to government websites
Aadhaar agency Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has said that 210 websites of Central and State Government have disclosed information like names and addresses of people with some support numbers. UIDAI in response to an RTI said that he has taken action against the violation of the law and that information has been removed from these websites. However, it is not clear when this breach occurred.The Central Government has mandated support for lifting various social service schemes. UIDAI said that details of support has never been disclosed to him. The UIDAI said that the disclosure of such information has been removed after considering this matter.
