Depending on the recommendation of the Seventh Pay Commission, the increase in the allowance on deputation has been increased to the Central employees.
The Employee Ministry has ordered that the allowance has been increased from 2000 to 4500 rupees per month. According to the statement of employee ministry, on deputation to one place, the allowance will be 5% of the basic salary, which can be increased to a maximum of 4500 rupees.
The employee and the training department said in the order that if the deputation is done in another city then 10% of the basic salary and maximum 9000 rupees per month.
Accordingly, the allowance limit will be increased by 25% on the increase of 50% of the dearness allowance. So far, deputation allowance in one place was 5% of the basic salary and maximum was 2000 rupees. Also, in the case of deputation on second place, it was 10% of the basic salary and maximum 4 thousand rupees.
