Counting agents of various parties are pouring in at the counting centers in Varanasi before the postal ballots are opened at 8 am, followed by counting of votes recorded in EVMs.
"The counting is expected to be over by the evening. Section 144 has been imposed in the Varanasi Commissionerate area," Varanasi district magistrate Kaushal Raj Sharma has said.
