10,064 seats are sanctioned in different sections of the Gujarat State Corporation. Against which only 4507 employees work. There are 5557 vacancies. Such 55% vacancies are vacant due to which the management is managed by only 45% of the employees.
This increases the burden of duty on the duty employees. Following the application under the Right to Information Act, the Corporation gave information about vacancies. According to which the Junior Assistant has 386 vacancies, 1466 for Clerk, 3082 of Helper, 234 of Patwala and 389 of Watchmen are vacant. While 346 part-time employees are performing the duty.
