કેન્દ્ર સરકારે મંગળવારના 12થી 14 વર્ષના બાળકોના કોવિડ-19 વેક્સિનેશન માટે ચોક્કસ ગાઇડલાઇન બહાર પાડી છે. બુધવારના રોજ એટલે કે આજથી જ આ રસીકરણ કાર્યક્રમ શરૂ થવા જઈ રહ્યો છે.

• 12-14 વર્ષના બાળકોને 16 માર્ચથી રસી અપાશે
• બાળકો માટે માત્ર Corbevax Vaccineનો ઉપયોગ કરાશે

સરકારે જણાવ્યું કે, આ વય જૂથના બાળકો માટે માત્ર Corbevax Vaccineનો ઉપયોગ કરાશે. ગાઇડલાઇનમાં જણાવવામાં આવ્યું કે, બાયોલોજિકલ ઇ-વેક્સિન Corbevax ના બે ડોઝ 12થી 14 વર્ષની વયજૂથના બાળકોને 28 દિવસના અંતરે આપવામાં આવશે. 

મતલબ બંને રસીના ડોઝ વચ્ચે 28 દિવસનું અંતર રહેશે. કેન્દ્રએ આ ગાઇડલાઇન સોમવારનાં રોજ એક પત્રના આધારે રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશોને મોકલી છે. એ મુજબ, 1 માર્ચ, 2021 સુધીમાં દેશમાં 12થી 13 વર્ષના 4.7 કરોડ બાળકો છે. વેક્સિનેશન માટે CoWIN એપ્લિકેશન પર રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.

એ સિવાય, હવે 60 વર્ષ અને તેનાથી વધુ ઉંમરની તમામ વ્યક્તિઓને પ્રિકોશન ડોઝ આપી શકાય. વાસ્તવમાં, આ ડોઝ બીજા ડોઝના 9 મહિના એટલે કે, 39 અઠવાડિયા પૂરા બાદ વૃદ્ધોને આપવાનો હોય છે.

પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ બાળકોમાં રસીકરણની જાહેરાત કર્યા બાદ ગુજરાત સહિત દેશભરના વાલીઓને મનમાં સતત વેક્સિન કેવી રીતે અપાશે તે અંગે સવાલે ઉઠી રહ્યા છે. રાજ્યમાં આગામી 3થી 9મી જાન્યુઆરી, 2022થી ખાસ મેગા ડ્રાઈવના ભાગરૂપે 15-18 વર્ષ વય જુથના બાળકોને કોવિડ-19ની કોવેક્સિન રસી મુકવામાં આવનાર છે. આ કેમ્પેઇનમાં રાજ્યમાં આશરે 35 લાખથી વધુ બાળકોને રસી આપવામાં આવશે. આ માટે સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં 3 જાન્યુઆરી 2022થી શાળા અને અન્ય સ્થળે જ્યાં આ વય જૂથના લાભાર્થી હોય ત્યાં રસીકરણ માટે અલાયદા સેશન કરવામાં આવશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ઓનલાઈન અને ઓફલાઈન એમ બંને પ્રકારે વેક્સિન લઈ શકશે.

શાળામાં વેક્સિનેશન કેવી રીતે થશે?

શાળાઓમાં વેક્સિનેશન પ્રક્રિયા સોમવારથી શરૂ થઈ રહી છે, આ માટે ઘણી સ્કૂલોએ અત્યારથી વાલીઓ પાસેથી સંમતિ પત્રક મગાવવાનું શરૂ કરી દીધું છે. શાળામાંથી વેક્સિને લેવા ઈચ્છતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું ત્યાં જ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાશે અને રસી અપાશે. આ માટે સ્કૂલના 3-4 રૂમનો ઉપયોગ કરાશે. જેમાં એક રૂમમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશનની પ્રોસેસ રહેશે. બીજા રૂમમાં વેક્સિન અપાશે અને અન્ય રૂમમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઓબ્ઝર્વેશન રૂમમાં રાખવામાં આવશે.

પુરાવા ન હોય તો મોબાઈલ નંબરથી રસી

રસીકરણ માટે 1લી જાન્યુઆરીથી રજિસ્ટ્રેશન શરૂ થઈ ગયુ છે, તેમજ ઓન ધ સાઈટ પર પણ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકાશે. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સમયે આધારકાર્ડ, વાહનનું લાઈસન્સ હોય તો તેનાથી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન થશે. આવા કોઈ પુરાવા ન હોય તો પણ બાળક રસીથી વંચિત ન રહે એ માટે કોઈ એક મોબાઈલ નંબર આપવાનો રહેશે. જેમાં માતા-પિતા, મિત્ર કે શાળાના શિક્ષક-આચાર્યનો મોબાઇલ નંબરથી પણ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરીને રસી આપવામાં આવશે.

સ્કૂલના આઈકાર્ડનો પણ ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય

કેન્દ્રીય સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયની ગાઈડલાઈન મુજબ, લાભાર્થી પોતાના સ્કૂલના આઈ કાર્ડનો ઉપયોગ કરીને CoWIN પર હાલના એકાઉન્ટના માધ્યમથી ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકે છે. બાળકોના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે પોતાના માતા-પિતાના હાલના CoWIN એકાઉન્ટનો ઉપયોગ પણ કરી શકાય છે.

યુનિસેફ દ્વારા વિશ્વના 105 દેશોમાં નોંધાયેલા 115 મિલિયન કોરાનાના કેસનો અભ્યાસ કરીને એક રિપોર્ટ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ રિપોર્ટ મુજબ 20 વર્ષની અંદરની વ્યક્તિને થયેલા કોરોનાના સંક્રમણ માટે 16 ટકા કોરોનાના કેસ જ જવાબદાર છે. આ સિવાય કોરોનાના સંક્રમણનો ભોગ બનતા મોટાભાગના બાળકોમાં કોરોનાના કોઈ પણ લક્ષણો જોવા મળતા નથી. હાલ વર્લ્ડ હેલ્થ ઓર્ગેનાઈઝેશન(WHO) દ્વારા બાળકોની ત્રણ રસીને માન્યતા આપવામા આવી છે. આ રસીમાં ફાઈઝર-બાયોટેક વેક્સિન, સિનોફાર્મ વેક્સિન અને સિનોવેક વેક્સિન સામેલ છે. કેટલાક દેશો બાળકો અને પુખ્તવયની વ્યક્તિને ફાઈઝર-બાયોટેક વેક્સિનના બે સંપૂર્ણ ડોઝ આપે છે. જ્યારે કેટલાક દેશ વેક્સિનનો એક જ ડોઝ આપે છે. લંડન સ્કુલ ઓફ હાઈજીન એન્ડ ટ્રોપિકલ મેડિસિનના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, હાલ 18 વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના વ્યક્તિઓ માટેની 20 વેક્સિનનું ક્લિનિકલ ટેસ્ટિંગ ચાલી રહ્યું છે.
