Educational Qualification :
To apply for the post of Trade Apprentice in Railways, the candidate must have passed the 10th standard examination from a recognized institute or board and should have the ITI certificate related to the trade.
Age Limit:
The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as of 01-01-2021.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in the case of SC/ST candidates, and 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.

Railway Jobs 2022 for 2992 Apprentices Posts Selection Process
Selection will be on the basis of a merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks in matriculation (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of a simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
A final merit list will be prepared cluster/unit wise, trade wise, and community wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate, as stated above.
